ENTITLE YOUR PROJECT - While keeping you constantly informed we will secure all necessary government approvals- including Fish and Game and Army Corp if required and zone changes and General Plan amendments if required in a very rapid time frame and for a reasonable cost weighted to the back end.

 

TAKE YOU THROUGH THE PRE-APP - This has been a major improvement to the entitlement process- here the developer presents an outline of his project to City planning staff and other Departments and they give him feedback on the viability of his project- also over this period discreet meetings are had with Council people to gauge their enthusiasm- all this can be accomplished in 90-120 days allowing the owner a chance to see how he will fare before large amounts of money are expended.

 

ANALYSIS OF PROPOSED PROJECT - From a cost to create against its ultimate sell out and estimate of net profits-many times the costs are underestimated and sources of revenue are also missed.
