FRANK MARASCO
FRANK MARASCO entered the Land Development & Construction industry in 1977 and gained a passion for the work while under the tutelage of one of Ventura County’s most successful developers. His first assignment was securing approvals for hundreds of beach condos in Oxnard Shores, a 134 condo unit about a mile inland from the beach in Oxnard and 25 boat dock homes in the Channel Islands Marina. Since then Frank has been responsible for bringing many commercial and residential projects to fruition and gained a reputaion as an industry leader. Frank has secured and developed numerous properties including projects in Fountain Valley throughout Oxnard, Camarillo, Ventura and Thousand Oaks, CA. His company is now developing three exceptional projects: a 200 room 4 star hotel with 300 high end view apartments in Moorpark, a 380 unit Continuing Care Retirement Community also in Moorpark and a large hotel and 267 unit apartments project in Fullerton, CA. The company is always looking for new and promising projects.
JAKE CHAKKO
JAKE CHAKKO and Frank Marasco started their company in 1996 to create joint venture projects in Ventura County The scope has broadened over the years to include most of Southern California. In 1998 they started buying land and building large custom homes in the exclusive Santa Rosa Valley. In 1998 they bought a large tract of land in the Santa Rosa Valley and received approval from the County of Ventura for a 23 lot luxury home project on the 100 acre tract. After developing the site, they went on to quickly build and sell each of the lots and oversee the construction of twenty-two custom, luxury homes in the community known as The Santa Rosa Highlands. The Santa Rosa Highlands would become the first of many successful joint ventures. To date, the Company has received approvals, developed, constructed and or sold commercial and residential land projects throughout the area. These projects include Senior Living Facilities, Office Condominiums, Industrial Condominium Parks and now Mixed-use projects that include 4 Star Hotels and Apartment Complexes in Southern California. Currently the Company is involved in over $1 Billion worth of Development.
