REMARKS: Land and entitlements (2003) to build a 75 bed facility were sold. Buyers tried to increase the number of beds but failed and resold the project to Belmont Village, a chain of 25 upscale assisted living facilities headquartered in Houston, TX. Belmont increased the number of beds to 138 and opened in 2011.
